Spring card

I made this card using a little pink doily in the upper left hand corner that my mother crocheted for me.  Around it I put flowers made from the Cricut flower shoppe cart.  Added a die cut from K&Co.  Distressed the edges using Tim Holtz vintage photo ink.  All put on a A2 size kraft colored card base.

Happy Crafting! & Happy Spring!

MilkCoffee Challenge "Anything Goes"

I made this card for the MilkCoffeeStamps Challenge.  It is Anything Goes.  I used a MilkCoffee freebie digi stamp.  It is a 5.5" x 5.5" card.  Not my normal A2 size I use most, but I decided to try something different.  Patterned paper is from MME Lost & Found Madison Avenue.  The Thank You stamp is from Hero Arts.  The little roses up in the corner were a gift from Yoshira. (Thanks again Yoshira!)  I sprayed them with Inkadinkado raspberry spray ink.  The greenery is from a Martha Stewart punch. (Sorry can't remember the name of it)  The circle I cut for the thank you stamp and the digi stamp are from the Plantin Schoolbook cricut cart.  The big circle was cut at 4" and the little circle was cut at 1¾".  I roughed the edges up a bit and used Tim Holtz vintage photo distress ink on the edges.  Milk Coffee Digi Stamps are really cute and if you want to check them out here is the link MilkCoffee Shop

Bloom card

I made this card for the Cardz TV Challenge #7 "Let's get Sketchy"  I used the Cricut lite bloom cart.  I find myself using this cart a lot for spring cards.  I also used the cuttlebug to emboss the background and the butterflies are from the spring floral cuttlebug die.

Easter card for my sis

I used the C.C. designs digi stamp, Swiss Pixie Bunny Lucy.  I wanted to make a card for my sister that would be easy to mail. (no bulky stuff) I used Country Life cricut cart for the rolling green hills.  On the cart there is a sun on the top of the hill but I just didn't use it.  I cut the hills at 3.25".  It fit on the A2 card almost perfect.  I had to just cut a small piece off.  The little flowers are from a cricut cuttlebug die spring floral.  The bunny and sentiment is Spring Elves from Sweet November Stamps by Amy Young.  Added a spot of glitter here and there.  Gotta have a little glitter you know.......;-).

Girl with bunny hat.

I just love this digi stamp from C.C. designs.  She is so cute sitting there with her bunny hat on.  I used Gypsy fonts to make the oval on the card.

I will be entering this card in 2 challenges.

Millie's cards

I got Millie's cards yesterday for our card swap.  I couldn't take any pictures of them till today.  The weather last night was nasty but today it is beautiful.  So outside I went to take some snap shots.  The theme was Easter and Millie made me some cute cards.  She has the tool that makes slits in the card and you put ribbon through the slits.  I don't know the name of the tool but she used it on one of her cards.  Really cool!

Card Swap Time

The theme this month was Easter.  My turn to send 3 cards to Kim.  I used BoBunny cardstock stickers "Chocolate Bunny" on the first 2 cards.  I love the colors in these stickers.  Then on the last card I used Kate's ABC's.  Love Love that cart.  I will posting more pictures of the cards Millie and Kim made soon as I get them.
