Reindeer w/snowflake card.
Well I have been in the creative mood this weekend. I have been busy making Christmas cards. I am trying to get a jump on things this year. Last year I sent mostly boxed cards. This year I am going for homemade cards all the way. Not sure it will happen but I am putting forth the effort.
This first card I made I got the inspiration from a Making Memories embellishment kit for only $2.50 at Scrapbuck Scrapbuck is the best place to get scrapbooking/cardmaking supplies for cheap. Plus free shipping on all orders over $20 bucks. You can't beat that. A cool site you might want to check out. I loved the vintage looking Christmas paper in the kit and used it on this card at the bottom half. I used a deep red at the top and put it through the cuttlebug using a snowflake folder. Added some off white cotton lace and even pulled out my sewing machine to do some stitching. I added a clear snowflake I purchased at Michael's last year sometime. The deer I did using the Christmas noel cricut cart. I used the shadow feature on it. Added a piece of rustic twine around the neck. Hope you like it. I have more to come.
